① Install using the same method as for PVC film. |
② Use a hot air dryer to ensure complete adhesion to the surface. |
③ Apply approximately 20% more pressure than when installing PVC film |
2. Right Angles and Curved Surfaces |
① Due to the material's inherent resilience, there may be instances of swelling or bulging at folded areas after installation. Use a hot air dryer to apply appropriate heat and firmly press at the angles. |
3. Primer Treatment |
①For MDF compressed surfaces, treat with primer as for PVC film. |
② Apply 1.5 times more primer to the MDF-processed cross sections than for PVC film.
4. Primer Drying

4. Primer Drying |
① This product has significantly lower air permeability (breathability) due to its high-density resin compared to PVC products. Therefore, if work is carried out in a state where it is not completely dry, the adhesive strength may be compromised or delamination may occur due to residual toluene gas or remaining moisture (in the case of water-based primers). |
② In the case of cut or processed surfaces, the primer application tends to be more abundant. Therefore, as it is absorbed deeply, ensure thorough drying before application. |
